They observed that many of these homes were being stripped of their original character during renovations, and they wanted to change that. Kimber Dempsey

Kimber specializes in Mid Century Modern and vintage real estate. She is a Colorado native. Preservation and education are her passion. She is a steward to our historic homes and understands how special each home is. Mid Century Modern is her true passion, and she and her fiancé own two Mid Century Modern homes, so they know how wonderful it is to live in a unique home. She takes pride in educating others about the neighborhoods and architects that built these historic homes. Kimber is a board member on both Docomomo and Historic Littleton, Inc. Which help with preservation of historic homes.

During Denver Modernism Week you can find Kimber giving home tours and educational talks to those who love Mid Century Modern. Being a contributing member of the community is important to her.
